However, due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom, limited edition, or DTF transfers. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the error was on our part. For regular items we offer a 10-day return/exchange policy. All items must be unworn/unused and returned in their original form. Additionally, all items are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Tutorials are non-refundable, however classes can be rescheduled for the next available date.
